We work from CAD files, DXF files or shop drawings to deliver accurate, uniform cuts on virtually any type of plate. Cutting capabilities cover plate up to 14" thick, with lengths up to 80' of continuous machine travel. Shearing Precision shearing is a Hagerty specialty. Our shearing lines are fully equipped to cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum and alloy sheets and plates to any length, holding exceptional tolerances and eliminating needless scrap. Shot Blasting       Effective removal of scale and slag from bars, tubing, plates, and structurals. Grinding       Hagerty offers in-house surface grinding with quick turnaround to exacting tolerances. Stress Relieving       In-house stress relieving is available up to 8' wide, 20' long, and 5' high.
